The Bucs Get Stronger W/ 2 New Offensive Weapons

Congratulation to Warrick Dunn! I knew he’d find a team. In this case, he returns to the team he first started out with– the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I think this is a good move by Coach Gruden and the Bucs organization because a) they’re getting a good veteran player, and b) they’re getting a class-act man who can do good for the community. Kudos for Dunn, finishing in Tampa Bay is fitting.

In other Buccaneers news, they’ve also picked up former 49er and Brown WR Antonio Bryant. This is a pretty good move, but at the same time risky. The last time we saw Bryant play (as a 49ers WR by the way), he was tearing it up as he finished in the NFL in 2006, second in yards per reception with 18.3 yards per catch. There’s no telling what he can do since he was gone for a year after his DUI incident, but we know for a fact that the man can catch, and the man’s got speed. It’ll be interesting to see how he does with a legitimate QB (Jeff Garcia) throwing to him.

(Let’s Hope He’ll Be Making The Same Catches In A Buccs Jersey)
